I almost always do my holiday and birthday shopping on-line, as I usually find prices similar to those in stores and I save the hassle of having to sneak items into the house without having them seen by my kids. When they see the delivery guy, they know there's a box, but have no clue what's in it. And 9 out of 10 times he comes while they're in school. I usually use Amazon or Ebay or just Google my search terms like
video games for kids. That's when I found this great on-line base shopping site. They have absolutely everything I searched for, and several merchants (and prices) to choose from! My daughter has a Nintendo Gameboy, but wants a
DS. Or a DS Lite. Who knows the difference? These guys do! I had all the information I needed to make a decision as to which system would be better for her, and more cost effective for us! She's getting a DS Lite. Of course, now she wants a long list of games. I usually can't remember the titles, so I check DS Games to find something appropriate. Right now she's into the Animal Crossing games. They seem to be a big hit with the tweens. My husband is just a big kid, so of course he wanted to get a gaming system for the entire family. I was a bit overwhelmed because so many systems are available, you can look at
video game console and show you some tutorial in a manner I could understand. The various
controllers are also some different guides for first time user. I decided on a Wii system, got a great price on it and now I'm checking out the game buying guide at this great
on-line base store. I want something we can play as a family. I checked out the Shopwiki guide to Rhythm Games. I can't wait to grind the axe in Guitar Hero! There's also a Build A Band version, with drums and a microphone so we can all play together. Dance Dance Revolution is a great way to get a little exercise while making some memories with the kids. I may never have to drive to a store again!
